Quiet gardens next to the liveliest corner of town

Siam Bayshore Resort Pattaya is at the southern end of Pattaya Beach, at the base of Pratumnak Hill. It is a leafy, low-key place to stay, but it is only a short stroll from the start of Walking Street and from Bali Hai Pier, where the ferries leave for Koh Larn. That mix of calm grounds and easy nightlife is the reason many visitors pick it.

Because this end of town is busy from late afternoon until well after midnight, arriving in a private car that knows where to turn in is far easier than trying to flag down a ride on the street with suitcases in hand.

Planning a Koh Larn day trip on arrival?

Some travellers want to reach the island the morning after they land. If that is your plan, an early Bangkok to Siam Bayshore Pattaya taxi the day before makes sense: you check in, rest, and walk to Bali Hai Pier the next morning without any rush. Leaving central Bangkok in the late morning usually avoids the worst of the city traffic; the trip takes two to two and a half hours, or about an hour and a half from Suvarnabhumi.

Where the driver stops

The car takes you through the resort entrance to the lobby, so you do not have to drag suitcases along the busy southern end of Beach Road. If you only want to drop bags and head out, the driver can also leave you near Walking Street, which you can read about on our Walking Street taxi page. For the return trip, book your Bangkok to Siam Bayshore Pattaya taxi as a round trip and we will collect you from the same lobby.
