How your airport pickup works
Suvarnabhumi is the main international airport for Bangkok and the closest one to Pattaya, which makes it the quickest place to start your trip. Send us your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival time for you, so a delay does not cost you anything.
- Collect your bags and walk out to the Arrival Hall on Level 2. Your driver waits at Gate 3 holding a sign with your name.
- Walk together to the car. The driver helps with your luggage; child seats can be requested in advance.
- Drive east on Motorway 7. There is no need to go into Bangkok — the airport sits right next to the motorway to the coast.
- Arrive at your hotel door in Central Pattaya, Naklua, Pratumnak, Jomtien or Na Jomtien, and pay the driver in cash.
Why take a private taxi from BKK?
The public taxi queue and airport buses work, but after a long flight most travellers want the simplest option. With a pre-booked car there is no queue, no meter and no negotiation at the kerb. The price is agreed before you land and already includes expressway tolls, fuel and the driver's waiting time for normal delays.
If you are a family or a group, compare the Innova, Fortuner or van price with the cost of several bus tickets plus a taxi from the Pattaya bus station: a single private car is often close in price and takes you door to door.
Arriving late at night?
We run 24/7, including flights that land after midnight. The fare does not change at night, and the motorway is usually clear, so late arrivals often reach Pattaya in well under 1.5 hours.
