The mall that looks like an airport
Terminal 21 Pattaya is hard to miss: the building is designed like an airport terminal, with a full-size aircraft model at the front and floors themed on cities around the world. Inside are fashion stores, a supermarket, a large food court and plenty of restaurants, which makes it a popular first stop for visitors who want to stock up before heading to their hotel.
It stands on North Pattaya Road near the Dolphin roundabout, right where the city meets Naklua. Coming from Bangkok, North Pattaya is the first part of town you reach, so the drive here avoids most of the traffic in the centre.
Drop-off at the mall or the hotel next door
Your driver takes you to the main entrance of the mall. If you are staying at Grande Centre Point Pattaya, which is joined to Terminal 21, tell us the hotel name and the car will go to the hotel lobby instead so you can check in first. With a Bangkok to Terminal 21 Pattaya taxi there is room for shopping bags on the way home too — book the return when you book the trip down.
